Fawn Mckay

Fawn McKay was born in Ogden Utah on September 15 1915. Fawn MacKay, born into the Mormon Church's founding family, used her astonishing writing skills as well as her impressive research skills in order to write the psycho-historical biographies about Joseph Smith. The book The book, No Man is a Master of My History was published in 1945. This title was inspired by an funeral sermon delivered by Joseph Smith, the Church of Latter-Day Saints' founder. My story is not known to anyone. No one knows my history. Fawn wrote the 29-year-old Fawn. From that point there have been at least three writers who have taken on the challenge. A lot of people have detested him while others have glorified. A few have even made the diagnosis. It's not that documents aren't there, it's that they're so inconsistent. It's a daunting task to put together these documents and separate first-hand stories from third-hand copies and fitting Mormon narratives with non-Mormon ones into a coherent collage.
